From the Cromford Report Daily Observation this chart below shows the average list price per SQ Ft which is now the highest per Sq Ft (at $142.31) since June of 2010!
This chart below from the Cromford Report shows how annual appreciation has moved from -12% in June to just over zero today!
Great News! Short sales and pre- foreclosures have now overtaken REO sales of single family homes in Greater Phoenix.
Normal listings are in first place. They overtook REOs in mid November. REOs are now in third place having held the number one spot from August
2008 until November 2011.
